Joshua Oluwafemi Ariyo is the Managing Director/ CEO of Brightstar Integral Solutions.
He has been in the Management role for over 20 years.
Joshua was formerly the Director for finance at CONOIL PLC
KEMI O, (Director of Product Development)
Kemi is a highly focused, intelligent and resourceful individual with high acumen in Information Technology. A graduate of Information Communications Technology from Covenant University she has gained knowledge and experience in Project Management, E-learning, Information Technology, Software development and Information security.
She has been involved in various projects on different scales and lengths, like: Development of a Project Management Office (PMO) for Westcom group She has also handled projects like: Building Websites and Assessments (Web mastery®), for various organizations including Digital Jewels official website, development of an e-learning information security awareness package, Vulnerability and penetration testing for the UBA group, on all 25 Nigerian banks Website, Kakawa Discount house, Implementation of a Sales and Distribution software for Airtel Nigeria as well as implementation of an HR Payroll Solution for Lagos State Government
Kemi is highly qualified as an Oracle Database 10g Certified Professional, an IT project management professional (Project +), a security analyst and engineer, a penetration tester as well as many more networking certifications. She has had training in elearning systems, networking and information security in various countries such as India, Dubai as well as a couple of other online training.

A graduate of Biological Sciences, he has gained knowledge and experiences in sales and business development for almost one decade.

Raphael Edwards is a seasoned IT professional with over 11 years combined experience in Software development, QA/Test Automation, research and development, Network and Infrastructure Management among others.
He is specialized in defining, executing and managing development and testing processes for web and mobile technologies, embedded applications, and other complex systems.
Raphael obtained his bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Nigeria and went further in his academic pursuit to earn a master’s degree with Distinction in Software Technology at the Robert Gordon University Aberdeen, United Kingdom.
He has worked for several start-ups and enterprise tech companies locally and Internationally, defining standard procedures and helping drive quality within the software development lifecycle. As an independent Consultant, he has also helped organizations in configuring and maintaining CI/CD environments and coordinating deploys on MS Azure, AWS and other cloud platforms.
Raphael has attended several professional training programs home and abroad and has established active membership with renowned institutions including British Computer Society (MBCS), Association of Nigeria Software Testers (ANST), Cisco, and EXIN.

She possesses professional experience in performance management, compensation and benefits and Employee Services. She has been an integral part of her organisation’s success stories, developing and promoting work place policies and ethnics for business sustainability.
She is a solution provider and a team player towards business development. Dedicated to quality and a culture of excellence.
Highly knowledgeable in HR related skills and issues.
She was involved in the process of automating the Bank’s confirmation process and kick up.
Which is still in use till date.

Omoloye is an IT Solutions Expert, an experienced Business Analyst and Project Manager. He possesses extensive and professional experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, personality management, Project and Operations management, as well as business communications. He has in numerous organizations been an integral part of their success stories, developing and promoting businesses and products through to sustainability.
He is experienced in business challenges and strategic solution towards business management growth, dedicated to quality and a culture of excellence.

When it comes to standard project management tenets and exclusive stakeholder management, He holds a very high reputation based on multiple successful projects started and successfully completed. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Project and Operations Management, He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and have undergone a handful of trainings in different works of life. He is a graduate of Information and Communications Technology and with professional certification in DCCA, PMP. He has worked with various companies on Project management.
He has led Data center project facilities and white space management which include LAN, power, cooling, access control, automated fire suppression system for continuous and efficient service and also the migration of Data center power to a new power farm for improvement of the infrastructure services and stability of operations thereby avoided unnecessary downtime
He has done Business Analysis and support for software product; Dream Secure, MoneyBag, Flash, DigiSearch Project, DX-Eagle Eye.
Afolabi has also helped develop new strategy for improved installation of backup system for financial institution and coordinated installation of solar and non-solar powered backup system at over 300 locations
